I didn't understand what I was actually going through and that it was a actually somewhat common in psychosis. It scares me so much to feel like literally nothing is going on in my brain and it's just completely blank, it can't think or process. I'm like this most of the time. I have to create some sort of noise inside my own head like start singing a song for the fear to go away. Or when I'm reading I have to hear my own voice in my head to understand what I'm reading otherwise I don't understand it. I'm slow in comprehending. Sorry if this post doesn't sound smooth Anyway, Is there a way to reduce this? Any additional information about this would be appreciated.
