I am taking: •Wellbutrin XL, 450 mg •Prozac, 40 mg •Guanfacine ER, 2 mg •Zyprexa, 15 mg •Topamax, 100 mg •Qelbree, 100 mg •Propranolol, 10 mg PRN •Hydroxyzine 50-100 mg PRN

I also take testosterone gel and some other meds for my physical health. ——- I feel the best I’ve ever felt, however I have gained a ton of weight despite having little appetite (Wellbutrin has made me not want to eat). I am curious if anyone can explain why I’ve gained weight even though I’m restricting food intake.
