Hello! I have Bipolar 2 Disorder. I've been in my current meds cocktail for about 9 years now, though the dosages are being adjusted according to my episodes. My meds are Lamictal, Quetiapine, and Escitalopram. Around last year though, I started getting clogged nose about 15-20mins of taking Lamictal. I won't be able to breathe through my nose at all. It's making it very hard to sleep and my throat often gets really dry and irritated in the mornings. I've gone to an ENT and she gave me a nazal spray that did absolutely nothing. I don't want to tell my Psychiatrist because I'm very scared of having to adjust to new meds again. I still remember when we were trying to get it right and it was absolute hell. Is there anyway I can at least mitigate this side effect without having to remove Lamictal from my Rx? Thank you in advance for your help!! π«Άπ½π«Άπ½π«Άπ½
