I am having suicidal thoughts again and soon I will move to my apartment (in a different city) where I live alone. I guess I have anxiety (public places, especially uni, makes me nervous and I want to leave immidiately) so I don't even have acquitances, let alone friends.

I'm having trouble to get the third appointment with my psychiatrist, the system keeps giving errors and it's been a month. I get anxious before I try to text or call.

My family thinks I am faking it (maybe I am) and they told me to stop it so I act normally around them. I don't want to share my suicidal thoughts with them.

Do psychiatrists keep confidential you want to kill yourself? Will they notify any family member? Will they let me live alone?
