Loss of period

Hello, I’m 27 years old female. I wanted to ask if its normal to lose period while on psychiatric medication. I’m currently on venlafaxine, mirtazapine, trihexyphenidyl, haloperidol, and cariprazine. I have not had period for over a year now. I’ve been to gynecologist, she said that everything is normal from this side and it must be because of my medication. However, I’m still worried about loss of my period, is there a way to have it back without ditching the medication?
