I haven't drunk alcohol for two years (had the odd glass but not got drunk). But I bizarrely have these short bursts where it really feels like I am drunk. Feels like time is moving fast around me. I do thinks I might not usually do and regret later (messages I wouldn't usually send mostly). I feel hyperactive and over confident. I eat in that kind of sloppy way, and food that I probably wouldn't usually. It usually happens in the evenings. And often after coming home from socialising but not always. It doesn't feel exactly like being drunk, but it weirdly feels similar. It seems to be happening with increasing intensity. I do feel like I can switch the feeling off if I all of a sudden had to go do something important.
