(Already raised this with my prescriber for us to discuss in our next session, but thought I’d try getting a second opinion)
Right now I’m on:
Wellbutrin 300mg SR, Guanfacine 1mg ER, Viibryd 20mg, and just recently added Vyvanse 10mg (sometimes 20mg).
Ideally I’d like to begin eliminating something because at this point, I’m not even sure what’s doing what anymore haha (or if there’s overlap in treatment)
My issues: depression, general anxiety, OCD, social anxiety, ADHD/brain fog, feelings of low self-worth. Also I have concerns regarding high blood pressure, which I know Vyvanse & Wellbutrin can affect negatively
I think I definitely want to keep the Vibryd as it’s been really great for depression and motivation/drive. And maybe the Guanfacine for social/general anxiety? And then maybe Vyvanse can just replace Wellbutrin?
