How to have feelings again?

The last little while I've been involved in the grind, and I feel I've lost myself completely... as in I don't really have strong emotions beyond anxiety and frustration anymore.
In flashes of clear memory, I recall being excited to go to a birthday party, being mystified by the clear dawn view of a mountain range in a national park, being excited to meet new people and to go on dates etc.
How to have feelings again?
