Serum Lamotrigine? Helpful?

So recently we got my serum lamotrigine done, mainly as a bit of an experiment because we weren’t sure my meds were doing their job. Mine came back around 4 and we were told reference value being 1 -15 I think?
Do we have data on the levels of lamotrigine that are required for mood stabilising effects?
