Can someone explain Hypochondriasis vs Somatization Disorder

Wondering if someone can in layman's/basics explain the difference between hypochondriasis and somatization symptom disorder.
Have always believed I had health anxiety (or hypochondriasis), but recently a psychiatrist mentioned Somatic Symptom Disorder (after a one time consult) and seemed to suggest that conventional anxiety treatments (CBT, SSRI) might not be helpful there.
Wondering what the differences are between them and what modalities help Somatic Symptom Disorder?
