My psychiatrist wants to decrease the amount of Clozaril I'm on and I'm scared. What should I do?

I recently got back the results from a clozapine level check and both the norclozapine and clozapine levels were twice the toxic level. While I still have breakthrough symptoms, the last time a psychiatrist decreased my medication, I had a severe psychotic break (this was in the hospital, not with my psych).
What can I do or what should I do to prevent this from happening and to assuage my fear?
