I am at a loss.. Recent Experiences: - felt 'well' for a few weeks, better than I felt for a while and although I had some events that caused me some anxiety, I was able to handle it fine and my mood was very good - suddenly the night before an event that typically wouldn't cause me much anxiety, I started to get very anxious and for the first time in a long time I had to take a xanax just to go - the rest of the week I have felt terrible, extemely sore solar plexus (usually goes away with massage but didnt) and nausea, diarrhoea and a feeling of dread and extremely low mood, no appetite and inability to think properly Even meditation didn't give me even temporary relief like it normally does.
I really felt like I was over it and on my way to feeling better.
I am wondering if I have some mood disorder that is tweaked by anxiety?
I take 30mg of Paxil (Aropax) and 150mg of lyrica at night ( for restless legs)
I really need some comments on what I should talk to the doctor about. When I am feeling 'well' I feel like I have it cured but it always seems to come back... This time just much worse over such a small event.
