Is it dumb to list "documentation writing" as a skill on my resume?

Post Body
I've just graduated and one of the skills I put on my resume is documentation writing. But is this stupid to put on a resume?
I have experience in documentation writing for university projects, but I haven't worked on real-life software documentation yet. I don't mind doing this kind of work, so should I still include this skill on my resume?
