Is it possible to make a game or virtual space that has an irrational number of dimensions?

I've been thinking that the clock of the game could run at an uneven rate for example. So time may change depending on that last decimal it looked at. I also am thinking about what's being done on the quantum level in terms of the geometry of space. Could the gravitational constant be set to be varied over time?
