Need help with image tracking

The basic premise is I know of an arcade game where I would get an incredible advantage by tracking one out of thirty or so image in a fast shuffle it has been proven that by recording and slowing down the shuffle sequence you can indeed track the exact image to its final location but doing this yourself is time consuming and therefore negates it’s usefulness hoping for help designing an app that could track that image for me and tell me which one to select every time
