I am a PoC student trying to pursue an English major. One class that is mandatory is taught by only one professor. She is super racist and tend to grade PoC students lower than white students. She is known for failing students who are not white. Several complaints have been filed about her, but the school won't do anything. What should I do?

For all of y’all wondering what she does to be racist:

She purposely splits her class into groups with all white students and all PoC students. She discourages the mixing of the two.

She frequently humiliates PoC students by telling them to stop speaking in their accent.

She uses the n-word in class despite being a white professor.

She will continuously ignore PoC students and not answer their questions, but she will help white students out.

The white students and PoC students started to compare grades, and all of the PoC students had lower grades. They complained to the English Department, and nothing has been done.
