Can theoretical physicists travel the world?
Post Body

Hello. I aspire to enter a career of theoretical physics in the future, as I am interested mostly in topics such as relativity, quantum physics, and quantum gravity, but I also have an interest in languages and hope to experience the varying cultures of the world. As such, I hope to be able to travel and stay in different countries for long periods of time.

Is this a realistic ambition? Would it be possible to work in theoretical physics while moving to different countries in my lifetime?

Any responses are greatly appreciated
