Imagine a car moving forward at a speed equivalent to a speed of a bullet. The driver is holding a gun out of the window and fires in the opposite direction, will bullet travel in the opposite direction or it will stay in the same spot where it was fired and fall down. Also, imagine a fighter jet flying at huge speeds (normal F type jets) fires some bullets aiming at another object, does the bullets travel faster than the speed of the jets from which they were fired bcoz if it's slower the bullets will hit the jets itself right?
