Now I have my first ever photoshoot coming up. Boudoir?? However you spell it.
Long story but I entered and won a competition. Free photoshoot with props. Makeup and hair done.
Anyway- my husband and inlaws have gone through this guy and warned me despite doing free photoshoot. To get copies for the photos its super expensive. Just for 1 print on canvas was $600
My issue is I dont want a book or canvas print of me half naked. I have kids and family. I just want professional photos on a usb or email etc Im more than happy to pay fair price for them digitally. However no where on his website or fb page does he have price listings.
I asked a friend to get a quote for me as I dont want to seem ungrateful for the free shoot. And my friend never got direct answers. He asked for a quote on doing a shoot with copies of the photos edited and sent over email. He kept saying things like "oh we do payment plans for the photo albums" etc pretty much kept trying to pressure my friend to get actual copies.
I dont want physical copies. As I said. I'm absolutely fine with paying for it to.
Anyway- am I ok to ask for just digitals? Am I like being fair or am i causing issues?
