hello, i'm sure you've all heard this question before and you are tired of hearing it but i really need help with this since i don't know where to start or what to do. i'm 17 and i've been contemplating dropping out of my L3 BTEC Media course and doing photography (which i'm probably not going to do) but i don't know where to start or look. i've tried looking for freelance gigs but no one gets back to me and i don't know where to look for a part time job online. i spoke with my media teacher today and he basically shut me down and told me i can't get a job in the media industry without going to university first, which i can't and won't be able to afford anytime soon. i feel like this was mostly just waffle so in conclusion: how do i find a job in the photography / media industry?
