Best, Cheapest Cloud Service?

I keep all my photos backed up on an external hard drive but I am looking for a cloud service as a secondary backup. I used to use Google Photos but of course, that’s not secure at all. I am looking for an affordable cloud service that’s actually secure with a decent amount of storage. Is Amazon Prime cloud storage very secure? I don’t know a whole lot about clouds.
