If you know of any great Black Friday deals on either one that would also be very much appreciated :)
Thank you for the advice! My good friend has a Canon so I'm pretty sure that's the one I'm going to go with
Thanks for the reply! I'll keep that in mind!
.I have a standard run of the mill digital camera right now and I've made it work, but I'm looking for a huge upgrade so I can delve deeper into my passion .Street and Landscapes are the two I have to say most interest me. Portraits comes in a very close third .I will be going today to test them out in person. I feel like either way I could get used to the button layout, but I'm more concerned with choosing the overall better camera. So far I've had a lot of people say Canon EOS 80D, mainly because they prefer Canon over Nikon .No set budget after the camera purchase. I am however hopeful that I can find a bundle including camera, lenses, case, etc. on Black Friday with a discount. Fingers crossed .I would prefer to buy it new
Thank you for taking the time to reply and the tips!
Thanks for the tips! I'll definitely keep all of that in consideration

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply and help! I appreciate it more than you know! I foresee myself doing a lot more photography down the road and potentially having it be a big part of my career, so I would rather invest in a nicer mid level camera now than drop a chunk of change on a camera I'm only going to feel like needs an upgrade after a year or so. After reading everyone's responses and some consideration, I'm 99.9% sure I'm going to go with the EOS 80D. A good friend of mine also has a Canon so we will be able to exchange lenses and such. Now the only challenge is finding the best deal
