Advice on tripod legs and photography/fluid head (esp. Leofoto)?

Post Body

Hi, I have a R6 MkII and:

1)
I'm looking for tripod sticks for general photography and occasionally shooting videos for work.

I'm thinking about carbon legs that are
- lightweight, i.e. under 2kg
- have no center cloumn (wobbly)
- have a 75mm bowl for my Sachtler Ace video head
- flip locks instead of twist locks because I'm used to them and they seem sturdier to me (are they?)
- in my price range of < 500€
- at least 150cm high (I'm 1.86m)
- and will of course last forever.

I've heard good things about Leofoto and the LM-324C (and similar) would do the trick. Any opinions on Leofoto in general, their Ranger series, or flip vs. twist locks?

Do you have experience with telescopic columns like these? Are they wobbly?

2)
I also need a head to go with it. For shooting videos I'll mount the Sachtler head, so what I'd like is a head I can use when hiking and just shooting stills.

I've never used a ball head but it seems plenty of people are unhappy with cheap ones. To securely mount an R6ii and my telezoom (~2kg, plus cage, plus external monitor to come soon) some recommend a 300€ ball head that does not slip after some use and that's not in my budget. Also I like having an arm on my head (ewww, I just realized how weird that sounds), so a budget pseudo-fluid head should be fine.

Anyway:
- lightweight!
- short arm
- in the < 150€ range would be nice
- securely lock the quick release plate
- of course it needs to last forever and a day.

Something like the Leofoto BV-0R mini fluid head, ot the BV-1R.

The only thing I don't like and that would be a no-no is that with these (and some other lightweight and cheap) heads the quick release plate seems to be held just by that one screw. If it comes loose, there goes the camera. Unfortunetely, many product descriptions don't clearly mention how the plates get secured.

I'd really appreciate any advice on this!
