I am new to photography and 2 months ago got my first camera and have picked up lenses and equipment as follows.

Canon eos rebel t7 Kits lenses 18-55mm f3 5 and 75-300mm f4 50mm f1.8 70-300mm f4 is USM 35mm f2 Sigma 10-22mm f4 Tamron 18-250mm f3.5

External flash, light cubes, macro tubes, remote shutter switch and tripod.

I need ideas on what my range of subjects should include or....exclude based on the gear. I live in a small rural town surrounded by farms. I usually have 2 boring days off of my full time job and bicycle to where I need to go. Any ideas or tips are welcome.
