How to reduce light reflection on eye glasses from studio lights?

Post Body
I have a Sony A6100 with the standard 16-50mm Zoom Lens. I use it as a video camera for streaming indoors with medium-low soft lighting pointed at me. Idk if it matters but I also use a lot of colorful LED lights in my background.
One of the biggest issues I face is the annoying reflection of the lights in my glasses. Would a polarizing lense reduce that reflection? If so, which one would be best for low indoor lighting?
