How can I fix photos that show too much noise or too dark?

Post Body

I take pictures for my local church and ever since they gave me a different camera, I have been struggling to get good quality photos. I use a canon EOS Rebel T7 and the lenses are 75-300mm and 17-40mm. Because my church is very dark, I have tried to lower the aperture and shutter speed, but it doesn't seem to work. I try putting my ISO at 1600, but it is still too dark and if I put at 3200, there's too much noise. I really don't know what I could do and Im not the best at editing, so if anyone knows how I could fix it through editing or through the camera settings, please let me know :)
