Software in addition to LrC?

I’ve been using Lightroom mobile but finally was able to upgrade my laptop enough to where I’m starting to use LrC. I was thinking of getting Topaz to utilize in conjunction with it - mainly for the Denise and enhance features - but I’ve been seeing mixed things on Topaz lately (software updates, pricing, going more cloud based, etc.).

Is it still worth investing in Topaz, should I get something else, or is LrC sufficient?

I do it mainly as a hobby but occasionally will do something more if friends or family ask.
