What is a good set of lenses (primes) to teach a beginners class?

Post Body

I'm trying to gather some lenses (and bodies) for an on-going class I'd like to teach at a local non-profit. I'm looking at some refurbed Canon R100s, and was thinking of using EF/RF adapters and getting decent primes to really push them into portrait work (the most likely usage for the immediate community). Any thoughts on what would be the best set across 3-4 bodies? I was thinking secondhand 35/1.4, 50/1.8, 85/1.8, and maybe one walkaround lens like a 18-50/2.8, but totally open to ideas (lenses would be spread across the bodies, not kits of each). TIA!
