What should I get ? Another RP vs R10 dilemma :)

So, I have a offer where I can get Canon RP body with the 50mm lens 24-105mm lens at 4600aed and another offer of R10 with just the 18-150mm lens at 4800aed. My budget is Under 5000aed.

I am mostly Interested in Landscape and Street Photography. I have used DSLRs before to take landscape photos as well as shot photos and Videos during a concert. So I have a little experience with cameras.
I can see that the RP offer is really good as it offers 2 lens and one of them is a prime lens. My main concern is that will the modern features and capabilities of R10 perform better than the RP ? I am also interested in taking Night photos especially astrophotography.
