How are the colors of this iSpy photo so rich/warm/nostalgic and how can I recreate it in post?

I’m aware this is sort of vague but I’ve always wondered how photos from this era have such unique and rich color tones and if it can be recreated in photoshop. Is there a specific hue being boosted/lowered? Does it have to do with the contrast? Saturation? Any thoughts would help because I love the vibe old iSpy pictures give.
