B style camera for photography YT?

I'm looking for a camera that can capture some of my movements and photo taking scenes for a side project (just for fun, not money) on YouTube. I have thought about a GoPro, DJI action camera/pocket 3 or something like zve10ii or similar. Being that I'm more used to the photo side of things, what might work the best here? I'll be using my a7rV for the talking head portions inside as well.
