I need help - Lab scan error? Or camera issue?

Post Body

Hello everyone! I need help. I just received my negative scans back from a beautiful trip to Peru and I am very disappointed with how they turned out. I am wondering why this may be.

It seems like I exposed them correctly, however there is a heavy red and yellow tint to them (depending on the film stock). The ones shot on Portra 160 have a red tint to them, while the ones shot on Gold 200 have a heavy yellow tint. I shot these images with a Rolleiflex 3.5E in really good condition, and this hasn’t happened with previous rolls I’ve shot.

Assuming that this was a scanning error, I reached out to the lab who scanned them and they asked what film stock I used, then got back to me saying there’s nothing they can do about it. They also mentioned that my camera may have a light leak.

My question is, do you think this is a scanning error? Or could this mean that there is something wrong with my camera? Your feedback is appreciated.
