I've amassed 1+tb of pictures on my Mac Book Pro, a combination of Raw Photos in random folders and Lightroom Classic albums, whats the best way to consolidate to an ex. HD?

Post Body
I have 1.8 GB left on my 2TB root drive, I've hoarded nearly the rest of the drive with CR2 and CR3 files. My file management is a mess. I am willing to put in some time and effort to organize everything. I have a Lacie 5TB USB-C drive, which I want to use as my "Photos" Drive. Are there any automated processes for managing this?
