What can I do with this old film found in Grandpa’s chest?

Post Body

My grandfather passed away in the 70s. He was a business owner and an Officer in the US Army in Europe during WWII. We just opened his chest that Grandma saved and found this. The seal has been removed and seems to have been opened at one point as the adhesive marks do not align. I’d love to know anything about it such as answers to the following questions:

  1. Does it appear to be World War II vintage?

  2. Where was it likely purchased?

  3. If it is exposed film, is it likely to yield anything usable if I get it developed?

I’m not sure what else to ask. I’ll post additional pictures if interested.
