Is canon R50 good for just photography and some minor cinematic shots?

Post Body
So I had the budget of a R100 with RF-S 18-45mm lens and RF-S 55-210mm Lens, but after seeing many reviews, most of them said that the R50 is far better than the R100. I have used a D1500 before and have some basic knowledge about photography. I am mainly interested in taking street photography and landscape pics during trips.
