Can’t properly expose Ilford Delta3200?

Post Body

I’ve shot 2 rolls of 3200 so far and haven’t gotten good results yet. I always shoot with exposure compensation at 1 or overexpose by 1 stop when shooting manual. A lot of these shots called for 2000/sec shutter speed or more due to bright lighting conditions and my camera only goes up to 1000, so some are overexposed 2-3 stops. I develop film for a living so I don’t think it’s a problem in developing. Added a couple decent exposures at the end, but the first few are what most of the shots look like. Any tips?
