looking for advice

We booked our first wedding earlier this year for a small wedding of 100 people in February. We charged a low amount as it's our first wedding. At the time, the couple decided no getting ready photos and just candid shots during the ceremony and reception. They postponed due to health concerns, the week before the wedding and we gladly accomodated.

Fast forward to doing their complementary engagement session a few weeks ago, the couple casually drops in conversation that they're now having over 200 people attend. We emailed them to find out what other changes are happening, and they've now decided they want getting ready photos, traditional family shots, etc. essentially going from a casual documentary wedding to a full on traditional wedding.

How do we approach the conversation about the changes and additional charges?
