To preface: I’m not getting married and am only asking out of curiosity.
So I know most people will logically hire wedding photographers for a wedding because that’s their professional focus and that’s what they’re best at. But, with that being said, street photographers are known for capturing rather candid moments in time, and their works may not be as glamorous as a wedding photographer’s work.
That being said, I have a few questions:
1.) Has anyone hired a street photographer for a wedding (in addition to or in place of a wedding photographer).
2.) Would either photographer be taken back by the presence of the other photographer? I know some wedding photographers tend to dislike family and friends treading on their workspace.
3.) Would the end result for either photographer be good still or would it in fact ruin the experience/shots?
4.) How much better/worse would it be by throwing in a videographer into the mix?
