Do you recommend buying Ttartisans manual lenses instead of native af lenses?

Post Body

The scenario is like this my friend is getting interested in the photography so he wants to buy a dedicated camera and lenses for himself. He already bought a Fujifilm XA5 for a very good deal of €380 which also includes a kit lens (16-50). Now he left with €400 to buy more lenses for the system. With his money he can buy 35mm f2 or 3/4 Ttartisans lenses. I told him he should get Ttartisans as he already has an af lenses and he has never been serious in any hobby in his life so he should enjoy different taste to get hooked in photography. What do you like to suggest for him.
