Scanner for 35mm and medium format

Hi,
Amateur photographer here, looking to digitalise significant amounts of old films.
I'm having a hard time finding a film scanner for medium format and 35mm (incl. slides). Would anyone have recommendations?
Otherwise will have to go the flatbed route.
