Looking for an A-mount to EF-mount lens adapter?

I've been given an oldish DSLR at work (Canon EOS 5D Mark II) and it's got a couple of lenses with it that are EF mounts - like the camera supports. But there is also a Sigma 18-35mm F3.5-4.5 Aspherical UC A-Mount lens with the camera (which I'm confused by because it doesn't seem like an adapter was bought at the time the set was purchased, unless it's since been lost).

Anyway, the point is, does an A-mount to EF-mount adapter exist? I can't seem to find one online or any talk about something like that existing, which is odd, because I feel like it must have existed at some point. Any ideas?
