Caring for sick child during early pregnancy

I’m not sure where to ask. But will being up late caring for a sick child affect early pregnancy? I tried googling this but nothing came up for my question 😆. I’m just curious cos obviously we all need rest. And I can’t get sick. How do other moms do this ? What if you get sick? How much will it affect the pregnancy? My poor child is sick again and this time I might be pregnant (after taking so many tests).
