My son is 32 months old, and has a very large vocabulary and is a pretty smart boy. He speaks very well, and currently will talk in 8-10 word sentences- all words are very clear. If he says something wrong, we correct him and he always says it right there after. We’ve had daycare tell us how smart he is, and when we see him with other kids his age is when I realized just how far advanced he is. My partner and I are both intelligent, but neither of us were on the level he is at his age.
Is there anything we can do to help him learn even more/take advantage of his intelligence at such a young age to help him develop further? People tell us that he is gifted and, for his sake, I don’t want it to go to “waste”.
Any help or direction is appreciated!
