Hi, I’m an introverted person but a lot of thoughts in my mind that I want to share with people. However, because of anxiety, I can’t even do public speaking or even casual talk(using my narrative language). It makes me cringe but I try to not talk cringy or explanatory. I’ve also dating apps and if someone starts a conversation, my social energy drains so fast. I felt so behind in everything. I’m 20 years old btw!
