Para sa mga physically active na Catholic dito, how do you do fasting and abstinence?
For context: Ano ba ang Lent fasting rules? Sa Ash Wednesday at Good Friday, pwede ka lang kumain ng one full meal at dalawang small meal - pag combined, dapat hindi equal sa single normal meal.
How about abstinence? All Fridays of Lent, di pwedeng kumain ng meat except fish meat.
As a girlie na walang diet plan, mahirap mag restrict sa pagkain. Ayoko naman hindi mag exercise kasi goal ko this 2024 is to have an active lifestyle. Malaking change kung sa 40 days ng Lent hindi ako mag workout. Given na good source of protein is meat, so paano na? Ano ang mga alternatives?? Increase eating boiled eggs and fluid intake?
Ngayong umaga lang, after ng mass, kumain ako sa Mcdo yung fried rice with sausage and egg. So dun pa lang nag fail na ako huhu di ko kinaya yung gutom kasi may work pa ako. Ito na yung one full meal ko today... Hopefully 🙃
