Is club3D a reliable brand?

Hey, i'm back, .-. of course with another question. Basically, I just want to know if Club3D is a reliable brand? I purchased an r9 270 from them and was looking up a video which showed it not shaping up to other cards of the same type from different distributors. The disclaimer was however, that there might have been a problem with the card. I'm still paranoid though and want to know if anyone knows of Club3D and can vouch for them. :) Thanks.
