Super compact elliptical for a NYC apartment?

As the title said. I asked in the gym reddit but got crickets.
I'm willing to compromise and not have an elliptical if you swear by something else that is compact and hopefully foldable or can be put away. I prefer ellipticals because my hands are moving too and they are stable enough to watch something or even read a book. That fact and the noise factor kind of mean treadmills won't work well.
Any recommendations?
