So i lived in the TFC building in downtown bk and tbh loved it. Unfortunately they're raising my lease renewal by almost 30% so if im gonna pay over $3k for rent, might as well move into manhattan. Most likely going to check out the other TFC buildings in manhattan, but wanted to see if there were any other building groups that were similar for recs. Approaching my apt hunting journey this way so i can go to the buildings directly and avoid broker fees.
My budget is around $3 ~ $3.5k ish (most likely studios i doubt one beds are in this range), super doggy friendly buildings (i have a 67lb pooch), and honestly am down for any neighborhoods below the 80th street. Been living in the city for almost 10 years and i think we kinda all have trauma when living in older buildings so strong preferences are modern well kept buildings.
Thanks in advance!
