So my landlord texted me Saturday night asking if I tend to renew my lease. I said, "yes". She replied, "I will call later in the week". I then replied back, " will we be able to renew the lease."
She left that text open and hasn't said anything..it's freaking me out and I'm either worried I have to move out or she is increasing the rent.
It's a year lease. I've looked at my rights as a tenant and just want to know more or if I'm wrong. Can she make me move out within 30 days?
