Is there any way to get Spectrum to fix their shitty internet

I guess I know the answer.

There's no FIOS here, and Spectrum is the only ISP with normal speeds.
We have an internet outage every other week. It's so constant we actually have a hotspot ready for when this happen. I'm already paying around $70 for their faster lane internet. When there's an outage I go to the website, put the my zip and get the usual banner about their techs working.

There's a hub somewhere they just wont' bother to replace because why would they.

Anyone got them to really fix something?
